JoIEM: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by APIKNI. This journal focuses on advancing the field of educational management within Islamic institutions by exploring management practices, leadership strategies, and organisational development. JoIEM aims to examine various dimensions of management in Islamic educational settings, including strategic planning, resource management, policy implementation, and the overall effectiveness of educational practices. The journal contributes to a deeper understanding of how educational management in Islamic institutions can promote quality, leadership, and sustainability while aligning with Islamic values and principles.

JoIEM invites original research articles, theoretical papers, and case studies that address a wide range of topics related to educational management in Islamic schools, universities, and other educational institutions. The scope includes studies using qualitative methodologies such as case studies, interviews, and ethnographic research to provide insights into the management and leadership challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions. Topics of interest include but are not limited to institutional governance, curriculum management, teacher professional development, educational leadership, and the integration of Islamic values in the management of educational practices. JoIEM is published twice a year—in June and December—offering a platform for scholars, educators, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and contribute to the development of effective management strategies in Islamic education.
